Payment Methods

You can pay your order with one of the following payment methods:

Purchase on account

The purchase on account is processed via PayPal PLUS. You do not need a PayPal account for this.

Important: After the purchase is completed, the bank details and the reason for payment will appear on the order confirmation page. You will also find these data on our invoice. Payment should be done within 14 days.

Direct debit (SEPA)

The direct debit procedure is handled by PayPal PLUS. You do not need a PayPal account for this. As soon as you are redirected to PayPal, you can enter your bank details and your billing address. The purchase amount will be automatically debited from your specified account.

Credit card

The credit card payment is handled by PayPal PLUS. You do not need a PayPal account for this. As soon as you are redirected to PayPal, you can enter your credit card details, your billing address and contact information.

Payment in advance

You simply pay in advance by bank transfer to the Hanhart account and receive the goods delivered to your home at the specified delivery time. Please note: if there are waiting lists or longer delivery times for individual models, your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and only then will you be included on our reservation list.

Shipping costs

Please note: As soon as you select your country when ordering, the corresponding shipping costs can be seen under Shopping cart - Show shipping costs.

Customs duty:
Hanhart assumes the customs costs incurred in Germany. The customs costs in the respective foreign countries are borne by the buyer.

Retrieval:
Within Germany, we offer free returns. Abroad, the corresponding return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
